Out of courtesy for other clients in the Salon we request that visitors keep noise levels To a minimum and mobile phones switched off.
Children are not permitted on the premises unless under the strict supervision of an adult.
We recommend that prior to your treatment you advise us of any health conditions that you may have or any medication that you may be taking. Please advise us if you are pregnant as you may be unable to avail of some of our treatments.
Punctuality and Courtesy
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.
We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If no show or cancellation will be made on the appointment day, client will be asked to prepay full treatment charge when scheduling next visit.
We require deposits for all treatments over 1hr. In the case of no show or cancelation in less than 24hrs before the treatment Beauty Pearl Salon have the right to keep the deposit.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. All vouchers are valid for 3 months on treatments only from date of purchase. We do not accept vouchers after their expiry date.
Cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
All prices are inclusive of vat and are subject to an annual price increase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Minimum treatment value of €100. Deposit of 50% is required.
